It is one of the electric vehicle manufacturing bases with the largest scale, the strongest scientific research and the most complete product series in China. It integrates R & D, production and service. it's annual production capacity of more than 2 million sets. The base has jurisdiction over Zhejiang's first electric vehicle research institute and CNAS certification laboratory. It has a first-class R & D team in the industry, research from frame development to power system , from intelligent charging technology to intelligent vehicle networking technology, and continues to lead the technical development of the industry. The headquarters base has a complete production and manufacturing system, which can independently develop and manufacture a series of key components such as motors, frames and surface treatments. The base has a complete vehicle assembly line, and provides high-quality products to the market with lean production.
Luyuan Intelligent manufacturing base(Zhejiang)

Zhejiang intelligent manufacturing base is a brand-new vehicle manufacturing base of Luyuan Group in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, which mainly undertakes the functions of receiving, dispatching and warehousing of raw materials, assembly and manufacturing of vehicles , storage and transportation of finished vehicles. There are 11 industry-leading vehicle synchronous assembly lines, with high production efficiency and stable product quality. At the same time, it is equipped with the first AGV intelligent transport vehicle to automatically transport materials in the industry . It reduces manual operation costs and improves the automation level. The RFID radio frequency technology to improve the efficiency and accuracy of inventory counting and reduce labor. The base vigorously introduces first-class technologies inside and outside the industry, and constantly explores and innovates, seeks the perfect combination of intelligent manufacturing and two-wheel electric vehicle production, and creates a new era of intelligent manufacturing in the industry.
Luyuan Intelligent manufacturing base(Shandong)

Shandong Vehicle Intelligent Manufacturing Base is located in Yinan, Shandong province. It is a modern park integrating production, research and development, display, business incubation, talent training, industrial culture, industrial support and business services.
As one of the earliest domestic enterprises to develop electric vehicles and promote industrialization, Luyuan Shandong production base hold a complete production and manufacturing system, which can provide a series of battery, motor, controller, charger, frame, wheel hub, surface treatment and other the key components of electric vehicles are independently developed and manufactured.

Holding vehicle assembly line, motor production line, etc., the annuel capacity will reach 2 million sets after all lines completion of production . The base equipped an independent testing center, which can scientifically test and analyze the important components and key indicators of 22 major categories and hundreds of small items related to electric vehicles to ensure reliable quality assurance for all performances of electric vehicles.
Luyuan Intelligent manufacturing base(Guangxi )

Guangxi Intelligent Manufacturing Base is located in Guigang National Eco-Industrial Demonstration Park, Guangxi, covering an area of about 258 acres, with 400 million yuan totally investment, over 2,000 employees planned, it annual output will reach 2 million various types of two-wheelers electric vehicles, and the annual value will exceed 5 billion yuan.
